All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges as we print-to-order and all our custom designs are created to ensure the product you receive is of the highest quality, freshly made and brand new when you receive it!

Damaged or Lost in Transit Products
Claims for damaged or defective products would need to be submitted to info@billygrass.com within 20 days after the product has been received.

Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted to info@billygrass.com no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.
